Is camping included?
Yes—your tent is included, and you’ll set it up yourself on arrival. Our team will show you the pad sites and give quick setup tips if you need a hand. Bring your own sleeping bag and pad.
Are meals included?
No—food is not included. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, also not far away you can find Interspar in Popovača and Lidl in Kutina, plus local cafés and restaurants for all budgets. We’ll share a short list of favorites in your welcome email.
What fitness level do I need?
All levels are welcome. We group by ability and scale everything (loads, reps, intervals) so beginners learn safely and advanced athletes still get a challenge.
What exactly is included in the weekend pass?
All coached sessions (strength, engine, skills), race simulation with personal technique notes, campground access with tent provided (self-setup), hydration/electrolytes during sessions, basic first aid, and a personalized 4-week follow-up plan (PDF).
What should I pack?
Trail shoes with grip, training clothes for wet/dry conditions, headlamp, towel, sleeping bag + pad, water bottle, snacks, and a light rain shell. Optional but useful: gloves for rope work, gaiters, and a small daypack.
How are meals handled on site?
You can bring your own food or eat out between blocks. With Interspar (Popovača) and Lidl (Kutina) close by, restocking is easy. We build the schedule with meal windows so you won’t miss training. here are plenty of restaurants nearby.
Do you provide showers, water, and electricity?
We provide water and hydration mix during sessions. Shower are available; power is limited to charging essentials at designated points—please bring a power bank.
What if the weather is bad?
We train in most conditions—rain is part of race prep. We adjust for safety (wind/lightning) and will swap to covered or technique modules if needed. Pack a rain shell and a dry change of clothes.
Can I come for one day only?
Yes—Saturday Day Pass includes all coached sessions that day, the mini-race simulation (if scheduled), campground access with tent provided (self-setup), hydration/electrolytes, and basic first aid. The 4-week plan is a weekend-pass perk.
What about refunds, transfers, and medical concerns?
If you’re unsure you can attend, email us early—we can usually transfer you to a future date per the policy shown at checkout. If you have medical issues, bring necessary meds and inform the coaches at check-in; we tailor loads and pacing to keep you safe. You must request the refund within 30 days of the original event date.
