These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases made through zoo305.com and participation in ZOO305 events, including ZOO305 OCR Croatia 2027. By placing an order, registering a participant, or attending an event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Organizer and contact

ZOO305 (“ZOO305,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and offers the event tickets described on it. Contact: info@zoo305.com. Mailing address: 1000 Brickell, Suite 715, Miami, FL 33131, USA.

2. Event information

ZOO305 OCR Croatia 2027 is scheduled for Saturday, May 22, 2027, in Moslavina, Croatia. Course routes, obstacle line-ups, start waves, schedules, venue arrangements, and other operational details may be adjusted when reasonably necessary for safety, weather, land access, permits, or event operations. Material changes will be communicated using the contact details supplied with the order.

3. Eligibility and registration

  • You must provide complete and accurate purchaser and participant information.
  • You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. A minor may participate only where the event permits it and a parent or legal guardian has completed all required consents.
  • A Team Challenge ticket covers one team of four participants. The purchaser is responsible for supplying accurate information for all team members and ensuring they receive these Terms.
  • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation.

4. Prices and payment

Ticket prices are shown in euros (EUR) unless clearly stated otherwise. Early Bird, Regular, and Final Release prices may be limited by time or inventory. The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase applies. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees. Orders are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Tickets, transfers, and resale

Tickets are valid only for the event and category shown in the confirmation. Tickets may not be commercially resold, copied, or used for promotions without our written permission. Participant substitutions or transfers are permitted only if expressly offered by us and completed by the stated deadline; reasonable administration fees may apply where disclosed in advance.

6. Cancellations, refunds, and consumer rights

Refund requests are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy, together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Because an event ticket is a leisure service supplied on a specific date, the statutory 14-day EU withdrawal right may not apply. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.

If we cancel the event and do not provide a replacement date, purchasers will be offered the remedy required by applicable law. If the event is postponed, materially altered, or prevented by circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will communicate the available options after considering safety, incurred costs, and applicable consumer law. Travel, accommodation, meals, equipment, and other personal expenses are not included in the ticket price and are not reimbursed by us unless required by law.

7. Participant health, safety, and assumption of risk

Obstacle course racing is physically demanding and involves inherent risks, including uneven terrain, falls, collisions, weather exposure, water, mud, lifting, climbing, and contact with obstacles or other participants. Each participant is responsible for assessing their health, fitness, skills, and equipment and should seek medical advice where appropriate.

  • Follow all event rules, course markings, briefings, and reasonable instructions from staff, officials, medical personnel, and volunteers.
  • Do not participate while impaired or when a medical condition makes participation unsafe.
  • Stop and seek assistance if you feel unwell or are injured.
  • Complete any participant waiver, health declaration, or emergency-contact form required before starting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants accept the ordinary and inherent risks of the activity. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Conduct and removal

We may refuse entry or remove a participant for unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, disruptive, or illegal conduct; failure to follow safety instructions; unauthorized course access; or conduct that threatens people, property, or the event. No refund is due following removal for such conduct except where required by law.

9. Personal property

Participants remain responsible for their clothing, equipment, valuables, and other belongings. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage except to the extent caused by us and not lawfully excludable.

10. Photography and media

Event photographers and videographers may capture general event imagery. Where required, consent or another lawful basis will be used for identifiable promotional use. If you have a privacy or safeguarding concern, contact us before the event or speak with event staff. Personal data is otherwise handled under our Privacy Policy.

11. Website and intellectual property

Website content, branding, graphics, course materials, and event materials are owned by or licensed to ZOO305 and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission. You may use the website only for lawful personal transactions and event information.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZOO305 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, or personal travel and accommodation costs arising from participation or event changes. Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent it is lawful and reasonable. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without depriving consumers residing in the European Economic Area or elsewhere of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact info@zoo305.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Any court or forum rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain available.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version accepted at the time of purchase will ordinarily govern that order, except where a change is required by law or is more favorable to the purchaser. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
